RELEVANT DATES FOR REGISTRATION

February 10, 2001: Last day for discounted registrations :
registering before this date gives a 10% discount on ETAPS and satellite event fees.
March 2, 2001: Last day for early registration :
registering after this date implies a 20% surcharge on ETAPS and satellite event fees.
Moreover, there is no guarantee that hotel reservation requests may be satisfied.
March 3, 2001: Cancellation of satellite events with too few registered participants.
March 23, 2001: Last day for graceful cancellations :
for cancellations received by CB Genova by this date:

hotel and tourist package reservations will be cancelled at no charge;
there will be an 80% refund on other registration payments.
for cancellations received by CB Genova afterwards:

there will be no refund of registration payments
there will be no refund of the reserved tourist packages.
for hotel reservations one night will be charged on the credit card given as guarantee.
