Registration

Registration is CLOSED

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book workshops of their choice, accommodation, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Registration Steps

  • Create an "easyconferences" account through www.easyconferences.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
  • Log into www.easyconferences.org/etaps2018/info and create your ETAPS 2018 registration order form
  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method

Deadlines

  • Author registration: February 23, 2018
  • Early registration: March 16, 2018
  • Late registration: March 17 - April 13, 2018
  • On-site registration: from April 14, 2018

    Important: Authors must register and pay by the 23rd of February, 2018. At least one author has to register with a Normal (non student) registration fee.

    * A reduced fee applies to members of EATCS, EAPLS, EASST and ETAPS if a valid personal membership number is provided during the registration process (mention in notes area).

    ** Note that the ETAPS conference dinner is included in the full main conference fees.

    Important: If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until full payment has been received.

    The ETAPS conference fees include ...

    • Access to the sessions of all main conferences and tutorials Monday to Thursday (April 16 - 19).
    • ETAPS 2018 participant kit.
    • Web access to the LNCS proceedings.
    • Lunches on Monday to Friday.
    • Coffee/tea breaks per day on Monday to Thursday.
    • Welcome reception.
    • Conference dinner (full fees only)

    The ETAPS workshop fees include ...

    • Access to all events on a particular workshop day.
    • Lunch/lunches during the booked day/days.
    • Coffee/tea breaks during the booked day/days.

    Payment

    • Payment can be made by credit card or by invoice/bank transfer.
    • All payments must be made in Euros.
    • Upon choice of payment method "Bank transfer" on the registration form, you will be shown the details to use for the bank transfer such as bank account, IBAN, etc. You will receive confirmation via e-mail when the funds have cleared.
    • The following credit cards are accepted: VISA and Master Card. We will not accept any bank charge deductions.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellation of Registration

    Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the conference secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 20 March 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus EUR 50 for cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 20 March 2018, nor for no-shows for any reasons.

    Visa Information

    If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, such can be provided to attendees who are author or co-author of a paper accepted by one of the main ETAPS conferences or satellite events.     • your full name as it appears on your passport
    • your nationality
    • your date of birth
    • your affiliation
    • title of your paper

    You need to register for the ETAPS main conference and/or satellite events before your request for an invitation letter can be processed. No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, processed and paid in full, and the eligibility of your request can be assessed. Please note that ETAPS 2018 organisation will not refund attendees due to visa issues after the early registration deadline (see above).

    Student Scholarships

    A limited number of student scholarships, in particular for students who are co-author of a paper of one of the main ETAPS conferences, is made available by the ETAPS association. More information can be found here.
